As a member, active participation in your club's biweekly meetings is key. This involves contributing to dialogues, collaborating on design challenges, and working together on projects during these meetings. It's vital to note that maintaining your commitment is important. If there are three unmotivated absences, your continued membership would be put to a vote by your fellow club members. It's essential to uphold the mutual respect and engagement that make our clubs a fruitful ground for growth and collaboration.
Commitment to Confidentiality
All discussions within the club meetings are confidential. Members must respect the privacy of their peers and not disclose any sensitive information shared within the club.
Constructive Feedback
Members are expected to provide constructive, respectful feedback during design critiques and discussions. This creates a safe, supportive environment for growth and learning.
Non-Competitive Principle
Members should not belong to the same organization or occupy similar roles within that organization, fostering a diverse and non-competitive environment.
Membership Exclusivity
Your membership grants you full access to up to three XRDA clubs depending on the Programme you're on. The benefits of your membership, including Design Review Tickets, Career Development Plan, access to XRDA Experiences, and others, are exclusive to you and should not be shared with non-members.
Respect for All
XRDA prides itself on fostering a diverse and inclusive community. All members are expected to treat each other with respect and courtesy, regardless of their background or level of expertise.
Continuous Learning
Members are encouraged to continuously develop their design skills and knowledge, leveraging XRDA resources and experiences, as well as learning from fellow members.
